UM Virtual Camera Filter

UM Virtual Camera Filter is a Video Capture Source filter that can record the
full screen, an area of the screen, can also be used for virtual camera.

Support enable or disable capture mouse pointer, support user define the
frame rate and output resolution. Compatible with any programming language
that supports Directshow, e.g. c#, vc++, delphi, vb.
